Requirements to Keep in Mind
The custom email address must be set up as a real user account on your domain (just like any teammate).
This account must have its own active license.
It needs full access to both email and calendar.
Shared inboxes or Google Groups are not supported for this setup.
Following these requirements ensures Clara can reliably send emails, access calendars, and manage scheduling on your behalf.
