If Clara takes an action you didn't intend or isn't responding the way you'd like, here are three ways to course-correct:
Stop Clara temporarily — Reply directly in the email thread with "Clara stop." Clara will confirm that it has received your message and will halt any further action on that request.
Redirect Clara — If you'd like Clara to take a different action rather than stop entirely, simply reply in the same thread with updated instructions. The more specific you are about what you need, the better Clara will be able to respond.
Hard kill a thread — To permanently stop Clara from taking any action on a request, go to your dashboard and select the icon in the top right corner of the relevant email request. You will be asked to confirm your decision.
Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone — Clara will not be able to take any further action on that thread once confirmed.
